    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    mmmm rum and black! not had that for years! got some lovely appletons reserve rum and 5 bottles of ribena (half price in Sainsbury's at the moment!) - you lot are a bad influence! Toasted cheese and rum and black - interesting combination but worth a try!

    Don't normally buy it - too expensive and kids love it so lasts about 5 min - but nipped into sainsburys to get milk on way to work and saw the offer! stock piled - as you do!

    I am partial to Ribena, I love to drink it hot when I've got a cold.

    I'm going to say good night because my eyes are shutting and I have to be in work early but I will stick around as long as I can keep my eyes open, I just didn't want to disappear without saying goodbye, cso you've all keep me company tonight so thanks for that xxx
