    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Bunny - oh noooo, I was kidding, cowl necks not really my thing!! :rotfl:

    I've been around a while, well I just looked at my stats and I joined Jun 2006 so a few years anyway!
    So desperatly want crisps or nuts now, I drunk two little bottles of wine so far, by little I mean the 1 glass ones! And I even put cheap diet lemonade in them to make them last longer!
    I know we have no more wine in the house, just spirts, should I really start on them though, seen as I need to be in work for 8am!
