advice please

ive put my pics/vids from digi cam onto my laptop but for some reason in mwp it only plays sound not vid :mad: can any of you kind people suggest a way of seeing the vids as well as hearing them? no naughties lol just family stuff we want to keep :p

    are the files in .mov format? If so, I think that you will have to download Apple Quicktime to play them on.

    hi, you probably need codecs - is there an error message somewhere? if so google it or post it here

    otherwise there are 3 free media players at portableapps.com, click Applications then Music & Video (portable means there's no install so it doesn't clog up your pc)

    i've tried VLC - it's a bit clunky but it plays everything
