Oh and can I claim for both current accounts within the one letter?? Sorry for all these quesions lol0

lol. Yes if you have your account history back to July 2001 then take the info from that - the DPA letter is simply to get that information.
Yes you can claim from all accounts with the same bank with one letter - however in your situation you might want to keep them seperate if only one is being defaulted etc ?LegalBeagles0 -
Hi guys they are both being defaulted. I tell you what (if you dont mind) I am off Monday I will cut and paste this letter into word, rejig it for my circumstances and then pm you both with it and u can perhaps suggest alterations etc for it. I am 26 and I am afraid to admit that almost all my debt came from a gambling addiction which I am thankfully after seeking help no long dealing with. Is this a bad thing to admit in my letter or a good thing. This was one of the reasons I went to payplan. Thanks in advance, Jonathan.
P.S - I see you more a Rosemary and Thyme detective helpful team than Morecame and Wise lol0 -
Yep no worries
Well done for coming through your gambling addiction, keep going ! I don't see any specific reason you should mention that particularly in your letter, will have a look at someones claim we dealt with a while back who went through a similar thing see what we did there. Whatever the reasons for getting into the debt, you have sorted it out and thats only to be commended IMO.
Be back in a bit.LegalBeagles0 -

We didnt include it on the letter and unfortunately havent seen Stewie for a bit so will give him a nudge see how he got on.LegalBeagles0 -
Sorry guys who is stewie is he a relative of yours? So you would advise not to mention the gambling?0

Sorry lol, no he;s the guy whos thread I linked you to.
I don't think you need to, its in the past and you are sorting things out, hardship will be based more on priority debts and income vs expenditure.LegalBeagles0
