A lot of serious replies to this one - hopefully all in the same spirit of irony as my original post (a jokey post for a jokey thread), LIR and IM being two of the straightest posters on here which I thought would make it amusing to accuse them of the sock puppet malarkey - sorry to both of you if it wasn't funny.

    Michael

    I didn't twig, I admit. :o:o

Does that mean I am still an outsider?:o:o;)

(lir thinks bout how much she can get away with while still being one of the ''straightest'' posters and thinks Michaels cn't have been around much when Cleaver and I -and the rest of the girls- used to be here together in the late nights:D:o)

ETA: in fact, I bit my tongue pretty well when someone mentioned sugar beet in a thread- I thought. I have a lot I could say about that and ariculturl economy ATM. :) Lots and lots in fact.:) But...I just don't like it when its so nasty so I emiled it all to foundinrates in a mad out of nowhere MSE style to rant about the aricultural economy and sugar beet instead.

That's a shame. We all started somewhere. People come and go on the board and are, on the whole, welcomed. No-one should, or is in my view, made to feel unwelcome for the sake of it.

Anyone getting a kick out of being a bully is usually dealt with. Some individual rivalries inevitably crop up but, in the main, there's only some gentle teasing.

As a sensitive soul, if I could cope with getting involved I think most could. :cheesy:

That's ok treliac, I stuck it out and I'm still here. It's inevitable that a board with such a small and regular membership becomes a little introverted and cliquey and I'm just as bad now with my jokey references to DD every so often. I can't help myself though to be honest, it's such good fun to post a "I remember when DD said..." comment and watch all the furor unfold. I'm such a minx. :D

    Anyone believe in reicarnation ?
'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher

yet do nothing to stand up for each other. No wonder that person who was bullied left.

The rumours over the leaving wrre that something happened by pm: not much any of us could do about something we didn't see. I think its an unfair accustion to the board as a whole that we don't stand up for each other. I'm flattered to feel proof of that on this thread.

    I don't know, what's "reicarnation"? A rare asian flower?
