Bought a fake bag on ebay

I am going to start the complaint process as the seller is ignoring my emails.

I am worried about feedback though. I want to leave negative feedback so nobody else is sucked in, but I don't want them to leave me any negative feedback as I have 100% positive.

What would you do?

I think if you have made all reasonable attempts to contact the seller for an explanation you would be entitled to open up a dispute. I have sometimes been contacted by other buyers of the same seller if they themselves have had a problem. The other buyers usually just want to know if I've had any problems with the mutual seller.

Are you 100% sure that it is a fake item? Ebay would want to know about that anyway.

Nanamoo is right, sellers can no longer retaliate with negative feedback. Personally I think this can also be unfair as some buyers leave negatives unfairly. I have known this happen a couple of times to friends of mine and I think the buyers could be angling for refunds as items possibly didn't fit or werent liked. Both buyers actually had a bit of a history of it if you looked at feedback left for others!
I also strongly believe that people should leave negative where it is deserved as otherwise what is the point in having feedback at all? If you have 100% positive then one negative isnt going to harm you, people aren't stupid and will see by your history that it isnt you who has the problem. I did it once a couple of years ago and yes I did then get a negative back but you should have seen the number of people who then left negatives for that person and a few weeks later they were no longer registered users! Sometimes it just needs one person with the courage to start the ball rolling!

    Gucci.

A very very good fake, but no serial number and a few other small signs.
