I have the choice of opening as a google document I clicked that but couldn't see how I can fill it out
Or I can download it which I did. I now can see boxes that I can fill out. Theres even a curser flashing in the box. But when I type nothing shows in the box

You need to open the email first and save the attached document to somewhere like your desktop or documents folder0
-
The document should be somewhere on your computer where you've downloaded it to.
The program that you use is the Open Office word processor package.
Then click on Open > File (in the top left hand corner)
to open your file.
Then fill it in.
Then save it as file type:- Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc)Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.0 -
How are you getting on?Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
