Refund from BT....how long does it actually take?

Hi There

I recently ordered a BT phoneline broadband and vision package and decided to cancel the Vision part of the package...this was over a week ago and I still not have had a refund so I chased it up. I got told that a request was sent on 10th August to refunds dept to process the refund for the BT vision box which was £45.

...Still no money in my account! Do you know how long it usually takes for a "point of sale" refund to go back onto my card?

It might seem I am being impatient but I actually cancelled the order in July so over two weeks ago!
