Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance

Have recd some bad news today that i'm shortly to be made redundant after 3 years, maybe luckily I have this insurance with Payment Shield.
However we believe that when we are officially made redundant this week, the company may offer us similar employment.
Under the terms and conditions, it states
'We will not pay out unemployment benefits under the policy if:
Unemployment occurs because:
You refuse any offer of reasonable alternative employment by your employment by your empoymer, which based on your qualificications , previous experience and the location of such employment it would have been reasonable for you to accept.'
My trouble is that the job which maybe offered is in London at least 90 miles away, so at least 2 hours by car each way not accounting for traffic or 3hours eachway by train.
Therefore my problem being if I refuse the job, is their a chance that my insurance will not pay out, as I feel that travelling atleast 6 hours a day for an 8hr job too much for me, or am i being unreasonable.
Can anyone help or direct in the right direction, please.

No I do not think you are being unreasonable refusing to travel so far but its impossible to predict paymentsheilds stance on this. would you like me to call them for you tommorow on a no names mentioned basis and check this out?
If so, get in touch, will only take 10 mins of my time and I'm happy to help.
