Hotmail on mobile phone

I am looking to buy a new mobile phone, maybe on Tesco or Asda paygo, and would like to be able to access my hotmail account from my mobile phone.
Would be grateful of any recommendations of good, reasonable priced phones for this.
I would consider a contract, but no more than £10 per month.

Make sure the phone has an internet browser and your "contract" covers internet minutes and you are in business!0

Does that mean the phone needs to have wi-fi? Or do I need Windows Mobile? Sorry, I am not very "techy"!0

My Mum has a nokia 6500 which is ideal for her, she has her hotmail account on it, it is with 3, which I believe has a bit of a coverage reputation, but I have to say sometimes she has better signal strength than I have on t mobile. Anyway this phone comes enabled with e mail and is skype ready too, I quite like 3 for the deals they give as add ons, the internet access she has is unlimited and costs 2.18 per month... hope this helps. p.s. any phone with e mail or internet access/enabled will do the trick, I've got the new sony erikkson which is all singing all dancing, but I'd need to remortgage the house to use the internet on it. Virgin charge a set rate on a daily basis so once youve used the internet once that day the charge is applied regardless of how much you use it that day.0

Think you can get a few cheap "3" contracts for £7 - £9 per month. add on a couple of £'s for unlimited data and you can use Hotmail and surf the web till you hearts content. ^_^Laters
