Dishwasher deal needed

My dishwasher has given up the ghost (that's why I have signed on here) - can anyone recommend a good deal for a low-cost but reliable replacement?

we have been researching dishwasher well husband has as we are about to purchase our first.
he seems to think the kenwood slimline one on offer at currys for £269 is a reasonable deal as fairly energy efficient and uses minimal water and is not too noisy - this is silver
we have only looked at silver ones and the next step up for an A rated machine and higher spec is £479 so have to justify the extra cost.0
