PURE Digital Radio - fantastic customer services

I've had a Pure Highway car DAB radio since they first came out 18 months ago. The magnet on the back of it that sticks it to the screen mount has recently fallen off and whatever glue I tried to stick it back on didn't work, so contacted Pure to ask them if there was any glue they'd recommend. The radio itself still worked fine.
They gave me a returns number and asked me to send it back for them to take a look, and within 4 days received a brand new radio with all the accessories!

Have to agree with you.
Got a PureONE radio last year and shortly afterwards got a Pure rechargable battery pack for it. The radio then decided to not work with any option but the mains.
Had bought it from Argos and contacted Pure by e-mail just to get some guidance.
Even though they had no obligation to, they advised me to continue with it to Argos but if I had any probs to get straight back on to them and they would sort it out themselves. They even suggested that I took a copy of an e-mail reply from them with me, to hand to Argos for reference.
Fortunately, all went well and after Argos accepted it as a return and sent it away to check, it was replaced a few days later. If it had come to it, I do believe that they would have dealt with it.
Now, always recommend the Pure brand when I can
stugib; how is the Highway system - is it as straightforward as advertised? Good reception?"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

The highways are very good. Pure as a whole makes the best radios, really, and I recommend them without hesitation at work. They're grrrrrreat.0 -

Yeah made up with mine. Plugged the new one in today, automatically tuned in the stations, scanned for a free FM frequency, and done in a minute.
I travel 30 miles each way to work and it doesn't drop the signal once on my route, albeit mostly rural. YMMV if the FM frequencies are full near you or the DAB signal is weak, but if the Highway can't do it, liklihood is nothing will!0 -
I love my Pure digital radio. It has wonderful sound and looks good too. I bought speakers to go with it and the stereo is amazing.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0
