I'm really stuck as I've just moved house and apllied for £153 in bank charges. I downloaded your template and was sent a financial hardship finance form to fill out which I did. Now they want me to send all my utilities bills in which I have not got yet as i wont get an elecritity bill in for another two months. Could anyone advise me what should I do, as I have recently seperated from my husband and am now claiming income support, therefore all my bills are non existant due to the fact they come every quarter. What can I do as i am really struggleing as the income support is a struggle at the best of times and I could really do with reclaiming my bank charges. So could anyone please help or point me in the right direction. Kind regards Liz

Liz, financial hardship is about priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilitiex). If you have notices of arrears then you need to send them in.0 -
Could you give me s which I do not have as alittle advise as to how I would go about sending in bill's in to the bank as I have just moved and I have not been in the property long enough for any utility bills to be sent to me as it is done on a quarterly basis. And also due to the fact that I have just separated from my husband who regularly took money out of my account leaving me with insufficent funds to pay the direct debits I had to pay on my previous address, and because I no longer live at that adress and I am with different suppliers for my utilities I am pretty stuck as to send the bills in that I do not have as yet , the only bill i do have is my council tax bill.. What I would like to know is should I send in what I have at present with an accomanying letter stating why I can't send water, gas, electric and rent bills? Also because I am dissabled and on my own I am on income support at the moment. Please could you advise me as I know it is only £153 but when you are on benefits with children all money is important to get you by, so if possible please help. Kind regards Liz0

Liz. did you have arrears at your previous address that you are having to pay currently? If the account is a joint account or if one exists get it stopped due to the marital dispute to stop him using the money.Could you give me s which I do not have as alittle advise as to how I would go about sending in bill's in to the bank as I have just moved and I have not been in the property long enough for any utility bills to be sent to me as it is done on a quarterly basis.
