Yay its car boot day tomorow.

I LOVE selling at car boots. I love to get rid of unwanted items, I love making money from them. I love that i dont have my boys tomorow so can really pack the car and take 2 outgrown bikes. I love tallying up my takings after it has finished and hopefully not having to use the cash machine that week. I love seeing that I have space in my house and the shed and I love filling empty boxes with more stuff. I especially love this week because I have found one for saturday afternoon and can leave whats left in the car after and just top it up for sunday morning.

What i dont love is getting there last sunday morning at 6am and then queuing for 45mins to get in. Apparently they start to queue at the gates from half 4!!!!!!

    Good luck.
We have had a car boot the last two Sundays and had great fun as well as making some much needed cash. Dh is pleased cos there is now some room in the loft.
  • Great...£140 better off although theres no huge dent in the amount of things that need to go..lol.

    Roll on next sunday.

I've never done a car boot, however we have a huge amount of circular saw blades to sell. Would these sell at a car boot?

  • Probably...anything can sell at a car boot. Every time we get there at middle-of-the-night o clock, the dealers pounce...'any gold' 'any mobile phones' 'any tools'. Surely it would come under the tool catagory..lol.

Give it a go...they may fly away.
