confusing redudancy situation

hi i'm in a situation where i am risk of redundancy and contract variation,
i have had consultations and am now been given a choice of hours available which i have to agree to work but this is not guaranteed and i may not get them
i will not know what department ( retail) i am in and if i don't get the hours i won't get redundancy as change of hours is not a redundant situation
i am confused here and can't see what i am supposed to do

Confused. Do I take it that you have been given alternative role with different hours which you have accepted rather than take redundancy? Or are you agreeing to working a flexible contract where you will work hours as and when required by the Company?

What you have writen does not make sense.

If they offer an alternative and you accept then thats it.

IF there is no alternative or you don't accept the alternative for good reason(eg: different hours/pay/not gauranteed) then you probably should be redundant.

can you spell out the options you have been offered more clearly?
