    sorry my fault l missed the s out, yes l tried that but it wont send, has anyone had an email from them with a different email address to that

    I've just logged in to their site and this is their contact information:

    And I've successfully used that email address myself in October. Maybe it's just playing up today.

    How long does it normally take to start receiving stuff from this? I was accepted a good few weeks ago and did the introduction survey but have heard nothing since.

    Dunno, but I'm in the same position - signed up, got accepted, did intro survey - and nothing since...
