Same here. Really easy to do. Interesting that the transducer is sent back in a plain envelope (unlike the RM surveys that use metallic lined ones). Presumably this gives them info on the return trip.

I have just received first letter also and yes the thing you send back does track, I read it in the guidelines. It also says not to send back same day hth

  • We are sitting at the same stage it seems. I got the overview letter today and there are two items waiting to be delivered on my profile.

Glad there is someone the same:D or similar at least.

Got my overview letter late last week, still waiting for the letter that is showing to be delivered to me.

I too had my overview latter middle of last week & my first proper letter on Saturday.

Do the postmen know it's a letter to see how quick the delivery's are?

The reason why I ask is I normally get my post delivery between 12 noon & 2pm.

The overview letter arrived at 9.20 am & the first proper letter arrived on Saturday morning at 10.30

I don't think that's limited to postal workers!

My first test item arrived just before noon today. Wasn't sure whether to put it as morning or afternoon!

I'm enjoying this panel so far, much less condescending than the Royal Mail one, where we have to go through 7 weeks of training that bears little relevance to the actual live survey.
I also appreciate that you can see the "please keep until" date on the test letter through the window in the envelope, which makes it much easier to store. The little things!

Although I received my overview letter on 17 Jan, I have still not received the actual letter on the website.

Is anyone else still waiting to receive their one or has my one gone into the great unknown?

I've had two test letters so far, its incredibly easy in comparison to the domestic Royal Mail postal survey (which I also do) :)

I've had one so far, and agree with how much easier it is than the rm survey (currently resting) although as it's only receiving it always going to be easier. I just need to get myself a filing system in place, as it asks us to keep the test letters for 3 month!
