Very poor service....

Ordered a CD from them on the 6th Dec with a view to giving it as a christmas present (Mark Knopfler - Shangri La, not for me honest !!)

As at the 20th item still had not arrived after numerous emails among which they blamed the weather (apparently it was foggy in Jersey) so cancelled the order and subsequently added them to my online shopping blacklist (101cd on there after taking 7 weeks to deliver a cd freely available in any uk shop !!)

My experience shows that cheapest is not always best (their Kelkoo search price was £8.99)

Happy ending though, picked the said CD (with a bonus DVD) up at Virgin Oxford St for the not too shabby price of £9.99 so got a happy father in law christmas day

blah are scum.......avoid they tried to tell me that a dvd was sent to me 3 times by registered post! and had got erm...lost? >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
