attachment options vanished from hotmail

I hope someone can help, I've always been able to attach photos so that they appear in the body of the received e mail through hot mail, now I have no drop down option next to the 'attach' button, that used to ask if you wanted photos or files to attach, it has mysteriously vanished and now I have to jump through all sorts of hoops and can only attach 4 at any time and the recipient also has to jump through hoops to open them!! it's driving me crazy so much so that I wont send them anymore through that account.... any suggestions ???

apologies, just found this problem has already been posted on page 7!! thanks for your response though, have just spent ages reading posts from people who, like me have spent far too long trying to figure out what I've done wrong. Hopefully it'll come back soon, strangely it has not disappeared from another account in this house???
