Hi All!
Girlfriends Dell laptop has no sound, today!
Where do I look to see what she's cliked it 'off' please?
no difference using the slider icon on youtube, either.
Thanks in advance

Before you go restoring to earlier settings, have you checked the volume settings? Should be a little speaker icon at the bottom right corner. Double click it and check nothing is muted or the sound hasn't been turned down.0
