Agreements not showing on credit report

I've just been looking on my credit report and I've realised not all of my accounts are showing on there and some of the information doesn't seem quite right. I have had a contract phone with Orange for nearly 7 years and thats not on there at all - except for Orange having recorded some 'linked addresses' on there. Is this right?

There is a search on my file from 'EXPRESS GIFTS LTD' as an 'Unrecorded Enquiry' what could this mean? I don't know who this is?

I guess what I'd like to know is should I ask for the Orange account to be put on there?

Unrecorded enquiries are there FYI. They are not seen by other lenders. It's the number of searches classified as credit checks that matter

May I ask where you ordered your credit report from?

You need to get in touch with the credit reference agency. My OH got a report from Experian' Credit Expert and it had no accounts on it. Called them and it turns out there are two of her on file. They merged the records and everything appeared.

May I ask where you ordered your credit report from?

I got the report from credit expert/Experian not sure what the difference is between them!

I'll give them a call and see what they say about Orange.

I hadn't applied for a Studio catalogue thing - but I was sent one last week - who knows where that came from!
