Samsung NC10 or N110 OR N120???

Hi there,

After lots of research I am now torn between the NC10 and the N110, I understand the differences are small, I like that the track pad is slightly bigger on the N110 but what I would really like to know is what the difference between the matte screen on the NC10 and the reflective screen on the N110 will be when looking at them outside. Is one going to be better than the other?
Also I have stumbled across the N120, anyone know what the differences are between the N110 and N120.
Thanks in advance.

N110 is the best of the three IMHO. It's the upgrade to the NC10 and if you get at the right price it's the best one for value for money

Have a look at some reviews from PCPro... Click on Manufacturer -> Samsung to restrict what you find to three models.
Also "check out" Trusted Reviews for the N120, and possibly the others you're interested in!

Very much a question of preference this one. It's becoming very fashionable for netbook/laptop manufacturers to provide a glossy reflective screen. A matte screen does have its benefits: readable in conditions in which sunlight is an issue. Some say the matte screens (depending on netbook manufacture make) suffer from ghosting, but even that's not an issue if the brightness/contrast is good.

Thanks guys, looks like I'm going to have to try and take a matte screen and a glossy screen outside to compare the two, I wonder if they'll let me do that in PC World........
