Hi New user.
I have been an agent with empire stores for over 12 years.
they were taken over by littlewoods, they never informed me, they still trade as empire stores.
i have paid in £1900 since jan 09, and when i tried to claim my 10% commission i have been informed that i only have £89.00 instead of £190.00. they have changed there commission to shop/reward.
i was never informed of this.
is there anything i can do about this scam.
thank you:mad:

I wouldn't have thought you can do anything about this - it sounds like a clerical/admin error as opposed to a 'scam' if other people were informed. They have a right to change their commission rates whenever they want to...0

Hi Weldgirl
I would check with the Citizens Advice Bureau because any benefits that you had under your previous agreement should be carried over to the new company. They cannot simply take money off you that is yours, which you earnt under a seperate agreement.
Please let me know how you get on. I am currenlty having a battle with Littlewoods after they removed all of my commission from my account because I had not used it in 2 years. I was never informed that this was likely to happen, nor was I given an opportunity to use the commission before they removed it. I intend to make a claim through the small claims court to recover my money. I am currently looking for other people who have had similar experiences, so that we can perhaps all bring a claim at the same time.0
