What can I claim on bank charges?

Hi - newbie here and just a quick question. I have just received the statements of charges back from LloydsTSB on bank charges but of those what can I claim?
Obviously any charges interms of returned DD's or Excess Overdraft Charges.
And I know I can't on account fees for accounts with extras on them.
But unsure about the overdraft interest charges as some of this is for the agreed overdraft elements when I had them but some is interest on the unplanned overdraft. I'm presuming I can't claim on this but just wanted to get clarification.
Also - I'm a little unsure on hardship qualification. I am not in arrears on my mortgage or utilities as have always made these priority but I have been struggling with my loan and am now on an agreement with that and I am over my CC limit and am unable to make minimum payments at the moment although am trying to clear the amount I am over by the interest charging each month makes it consistently hard. Does this put me in the bracket of hardship??
Many Thanks in anticipation of your help!!!

Ok, normally I would say NO to account charges but recently one MSEr with LloydsTSB proved that they could never have benefitted from the account. You need to look at the benefits of the account and whether you COULD have used them.If not then you might be able to make a claim on what you actually benefitted from. It is completely separate to bank charges reclaiming,
It does sound like they will say no on Financial hardship, but are there any charges on the Credit Card that could be reclaimed to reduce your overall amount that is owed?0 -
I dont really think that there is that much in the way of charges on the CC to warrant upsetting them with it.
However what about the interest charges on the bank account?0 -
Only interest charged on the unauth overdraft charges.LegalBeagles0

Thanks for the replys - since I can't differenciate between the two I think I'd be best off just leaving them out!0
