I placed an order with them on the 11/08/09 for some items for my birth pool their web site stated next day delivery if order was processed before 2pm time was 1.56pm so i truely believed that the order wouldn't show up until the 13/08/09 to my surprise it arrived next day yay but this is not what i want to praise them for. I basically made a really stupid error when placing the order and clicked on a european air pump instead of the UK one which obviously comes with a different plug. Now believing i would need to go buy an adaptor i was a little bit cross with my self for making such a stupid basic error and not noticing.

Anyway my parcel arrived and when i opened it much to my surprise it would appear that after selecting UK for the water pump and other accessories some one has used some initiative and sent the UK air pump.

Big thumbs up for a company showing some common sense for once
