Hi i haven t yet start a claim but i am now going to do so. I think we may be able to do it under Hardship. As i have arrangement with my catologue and creit cards. As we could not meet the repayments. To add to this i am off work sick at mo as i broke my ankle and had to have a plate put in it. My husband is self employed and we have 3 children.
Do i just start the claim by sending them the normal claim letter. And we have 2 accounts with barclays that i would like toclaim on. Do i need to send 2 £10 cheques.
Thanks

They r both joint accounts. So do i just send normal letter or do i need to say i am doing it due to hardship0

Do you know how much you are reclaiming yet since the £10 seems to indicate that you haven't got the statements yet?flowergirls wrote: »They r both joint accounts. So do i just send normal letter or do i need to say i am doing it due to hardship0 -
