Oven is dirty all the time

I have a problem with my oven and wondered if anyone could help me before I have to call out a repair guy and spend a fortune!

I have a NEFF electric oven. It is about 5 years old. I have always cleaned it, but recently it gets filthy all the time. I am talking clean it - make a pasta bake - the inside of the oven is black and greasy and has to have another deep-clean.

Needless to say it smokes all the time and sets off my smoke alarm.

There doesn't seem to be anything else wrong with the oven's function.

I have looked around online and read the troubleshooting tips in my brochure and on the NEFF website, but I can't find any mention of this.

Does anyone know of anything I could have overlooked? Is there some kind of filter in there I am supposed to replace from time to time?

I've got a newish Neff oven and find that every time I use the fan oven function, it tends to blow the food all around the oven and makes it dirty and greasy. I get a bit fed up with cleaning it so end up either covering everything with tin foil or just using it as a normal electric oven. Sorry I can't be any help. As far as I know there are no filters to replace.
