How Long Do I Wait?

I have put a small cottage on the market at the beginning of April with one EA. It is on at £115,000 and there has only been one viewer so far. How long do I wait before chasing up the EA? It is many years since I sold a house so I am out of touch.

Easter can be a bit slow with the kids being of school which may explain the lack of viewings so far. If you haven't had any feedback from the viewing I would chase the agent to see what the viewers thoughts were. I always aim to give feedback to my vendors within 48 hours of viewing taking place, even if it that we have left a message & there is no feedback at present. When chasing you agent for feedback from the viewing ask them if they keep in contact with you on a regular basis/ give feedback after viewings etc so you know what to expect from them in the future.0
