YAY!! About time, eg if someone posts, say, a new deal in the Uggs thread, rather than "Liking" the thread to draw attention to it, we can now do so by drawing attention to the relevant posts. Thanks MSE team.

Hi there,
I hate to sdampen your excitement, but this isn't for individual posts, it just appears in the first post and that likes the whole thread. We added it in to try and encourage people to use the like it function. We're looking at getting the like it button into each post but I'm afraid this is sometime off as it will take the techies a while to work out.

Awww. This is almost as sad as when someone told me Santa wasn't real.
