  • This is a great thread, thanks. We used to buy this beer in our local Morrisons, but they don't appear to seel it any more (or so we thought) - they're probably sold out when we go there!! Will try Netto's, thanks again.

What size bottles are these? Are they 330 or little dumpy bottles?
  • I think they are 330, they definitely are not the stubbies. They're about the same size as Corona - if that helps!!

I have to say that I tried some Brahma on special about 3 months ago. I thought it was very poor. Very little taste. It's all marketing I'm afraid.

    Yeah whatever.

Brahma is quite a good clean, crisp tasing lager along the lines of corona as previously mentioned.

It is a much better tastin lager than a majority of the crap for sale in theis country that people seem to drink because they always have like Stella (wife beater) Carling, Fosters, & other assorted s*ite I could mention.
  • This is a great beer, I got the Tesco offer last week. I love imported beer and at 355ml its that little bit extra!!
Another cracking beer is Tescos own Czech called "Vratislav" Its 99p for a 500ml bottle. I have spoken to a Czech living in this country and she said that this was the best she had seen for price and quality in the UK.
    Anyone else recommend similar bargains?

It appears its far from new on the market it has been brewed in brazil since 1888! >>>>

BRAHMA, one of the world's top ten beer brands, captures the very essence of this effortless Brasilian flair. With a distinctive, easy-drinking taste and original, fluidly curved bottle, BRAHMA is Brasilian to the last drop. Even the bottle seems to sway a little, using Ginga of its own.

Brewed in Brasil since 1888, when brewmaster Joseph Villiger established the brewery in Rio de Janeiro, BRAHMA has become Brasil's most famous beer. Yet, more than just a piece of authentic Brasilian heritage, BRAHMA is a celebration of a way of living that embraces optimism, inventiveness and ingenuity. Life's better when you live it with flair.
