Yeah what sammy said about the box that makes it a condenser they are about 9 quid in b&q. I know this as i need a condenser but can afford it so i will be getting the one i mentioned earlier and a box thingy.
All i know about the box thingy is that you need to put a part of it in the freezer before you use it so it can condense the steam.

Seriously though Sammy I hope this gets sorted out, I know what you mean about small employers but if you employ women of child bearing age then it's always a possibility of an employee getting pregnant. Best wishes to your DD for the least amount of stress as possible over this x0
