help with email

Can anyone please help me with my email?
when I recieve an email I cant open the links that come with it, I get an error message saying



anyone know what has happened??

You've got no application associated with the file type. What's the file extension?

PDF needs Adobe Acrobat, XLS needs Excel, HTML needs an Internet browser etc.

Drag the file to your desktop. Hold down the <Shift> key and Right Click the file.


Select OpenWith from the context menu and select the "always open with" box. Now scroll to find a suitable application for it. If you can't find anything suitable try Internet Explorer.

but why has it changed all of a sudden?? only thing I have done is download google chrome? then got rid cos it kept freezing..


done that and when I right click there isnt a option to open with, just an open, then the same error box
