reclaiming from natwest

Has anyone had any success claiming from natwest recently?
i started my claim in may, as i am claiming financial hardship i was sant the form to fill in which i did along with a letter explaining my financial position. i sent this on 11th june. the only thing i have had back is a letter from the collections centre saying they recieved the letter but need me to arrange a re-payment schedule to pay off my money i owe for going over my overdraft recently. they also said they do not deal with re-claiming so this has been passed on to the correct department. Even though i never sent it to the collections department in the first place, i sent it to the address given on this website, which was the correct department.
I have since received no further letters and unsure what to do next, any help would be greatly appreciated
