can anyone recommend a holiday destination for us. we are looking at going abroad next year but hubby isn't too good in the heat ! looking at all inclusive if possible.
any ideas of any where we could go that is nice and warm but not over powering heat. also would be his first flight so don't really want too long a flight.

I know how he feels, I took my first flight 9 years ago at the tender age of 44. :Dwe went to Paris, staying in a small hotel near the city centre. my wife, who had travelled abroad quite a few times before i met her, had to hold my hand on take off!!:o
Our next trip was to Gran Canaria, I am still nervous whilst flying, but find that keeping occupied during the flight does help.
I don't like long flights or too much heat, but have now been bitten by the Florida bug. Have been there 3 times now, and am planning our fourth trip for late 2010, having promised to take 2 of the grandkids( with their parents of course ) to see Mickey.
I hope your hubby feels like I did after a few flights, as I will now tolerate long haul trips because there are many places I want to go.0 -
Not summer friendly as it gets insanely hot, but if you're prepared to go April/May time Florence is beautiful and not a long flight. Also Majorca/Menorca at that time of year would be nice, we went years ago to Menorca and stayed all inclusive so I shall try to find the name of the hotel."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

Agadir, Morocco. My OH and I went there for a 2 week all inclusive at a 4 star resort and it was only about £550 each. It was amazing. Not your typical beach holiday either because there is so much culture in Morocco. We booked this with FirstChoice. They were amazing.0
