DG834G router question

My router went through a period of logging web site names as opposed to IP addresses in the Logs section. It's now changed; maybe since a reboot, I'm not sure. Any one know how to change it back?
Thanks

A reboot to your PC/laptop would not have done this. What's your firmware version?0

not sure what you are asking for, the log you posted shows local IP addresses (probably your computer)... What info are you trying to gather?
