Error message - how do i solve it ???

Hi everyone,

Everytime i switch my computer on this message appears, does anyone know what it is or how i stop it ??

As a new user i cant post with links so cant display photo of error....sorry MSE's fault ;)

I do have a photo on photobucket if it is required

  • which version of windows XP or VIsta?
    does this stop you doing anything else?
    It could be one of 3 problems,
    corrupt update
    damaged internet explorer toolbar
    or a virus

    First steps is to download malwarebytes and run a scan, then let us know what happen

    Hi,

    Thanks for helping me....I am running windows vista.
    It doesn't stop me doing anything else

    ran a full malwarevytes scan and it didnt detect anything.

    Any suggestions on what to do next ?

    goto run type msconfig then in the startup tab if the program is there take the tick out of the box and reboot.
    also put

    dnserrordiagoff_webOC

    into google and see what comes up
