Alex - love the blue knitted hat, I remember the flowery shorts and I actually had cropped blouses with hoods on - god this is getting worse the more I remember- bought them from Mark One!!!!
I also did the flowery dress with white tshirt underneath I had a pink dress and a blue one0 -
Hmm,
after someone mentioned it the other day, I'm considering putting my old prom dress on ebay in the coming weeks.
I've held on to it for five years because I love it, but to be honest I'm never going to wear it again, and it'll be a long time before it'll even stay up. With the prom season kicking off again soon, it seems like an oppurtune time I think.
Anyone sold theirs before?0 -
Alex, that is a great blog entry! DB we didn't have a prom, our school wasn't posh enough lol!0

We organised a 6th form ball. Basically we got drunk in ballgowns. I threw up in my handbag on the way home.
Fab blog Alex! I'm so glad my scanner isn't working!0 -
I got so drunk at my prom! So very drunk.
Who was it who is getting the urban decay Alice palette,
it's now available on Debenhams http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_123932998499_-1

Proms must be an English thing as we never had one at my school.....maybe Im too old lol
ETa I know its orginally an American thing though lol**"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin."**0 -
Evening Everyone!
Wow what a long day. Glad to be off tomorrow.
Lola - So sorry to hear about your nan. I think wearing the boots is a lovely nod to her.
Daisy - Sorry you didn't have many nice customers today... I didn't either... nobody want the banter today apart from some kids. I little girl made me smile when she ran over to her dad and went "daddy, daddy come and see the girl (the girl being me!)
Sounds like several charity shop and jumble sale bargains were had today. Well done! Will be checking out blogs after tea.
Aww dodgy childhood outfits... they are always a hoot to remember. I had multi coloured striped jeans... but that isn't the worst. The worst was a red crop top with white polka dots with matching cropped trousers with a big white elastic waistband... from the Kylie dept at MacKays. And worse still, my grandad has film of me in the outfit... wait for it..... singing Kylie songs! Oh the irony.
