My jeggings have become default too, after months of claiming I hated them. Ah well, when the weather is so vile, needs must!0

Morning all. I had a slightly better night, think Dylan is back to his normal awful sleeping as opposed to the extremely awful sleeping lol!
I think if I ever get a full 8 hours my body would go into shock!
Holly, While I think the dress is gorgeous, I did wince at the price tag (I'm poor too!) I'm sure the girls here can hunt down something equally as pretty for 1/3 of the price.
Retro - I know how you feel, have another coffee and hope for an easy day, is that likely in half term?
PF - I don't know why you keep giving to this guy. He really doesn't seem worth it. Did he call you or you him? Is it too harsh to tell him you can't talk now, you're in the middle of dinner, the bath, have a friend over etc?
DB - Bath and nails sounds llike a lovely start to the day, enjoy xx0 -
Oh jeggings, aren't they amazing? I wear mine all the time...
I feel a challenge coming on!0 -
Morning ladies!
Anybody else get about 6inches of snow yesterday? It looks beautiful out there!
I'm about to have a Wii workout and it's a day out with a couple of friends, chazzing, lunch and visiting a craft centre and ceramics exhibition at a local museum. Don't have a clue what to wear yet so am still wearing my tatty bird print vintage wrap.
Jumble sale was excellent, despite the fact it had opened early as the weather was so bad. Managed to spend £5 which included a groovy 1970's glass-topped coffee table and two sackfuls of clothing. My favourite buy is up on the blog.
Talking of denim leggings (I hate the J word) I wore mine for the first time in three months yesterday, the're fine with a long top and I add woolly tights for extra warmth.
Have a lovely day and stay warm,
Goan

Haha Vicki, a challenge for you...one week no jeggings!
I have a feeling that is my fault for suggesting them though
Actually, I think I might stick my jeggings on today with a long top, and some heeled shoes, just because wearing shoes in the house makes me feel less lazy than going barefoot?!
Edit:
Goan, our snow didn't settle, we had too much rain beforehand,
looking outside now you'd never know yesterday was so vile, bright blue skies but ever so cold!
Hurrah for another successful jumble sale, I really wish we had some around here, I am not giving up my scouring and I check the charity shops even more regularly now just incase there is something reasonably priced! You are such an inspiration!0 -

I agree, Daisy! I always wear eyeliner and heels in the house, makes me feel more like "me"!
Did anyone except Shazza watch " My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding" last night? Absolutely fascinating TV. Well worth catching a rerun and as for the dresses...:eek:0 -
Noooo I meant to watch it, and masterchef, I feel both will be incorporated in to my lazy day

I might start next week, I need me security jeggings today, first day venturing out with the hideous lip. Only going to a friends for coffee and play but feel like a freak.0

Aw Vicki, I guarantee it looks more noticeable to you than it will to anyone else!
I hope you manage to forget about it for a while and have fun

I did. Two of my MSE chums are of traveler/gypsy backgrounds, and one of them, and I, were chatting about it last night.
I find something awesone about the wedding dresses, I think I want one..:o:o:eek::o, but mainly what I love i that the girls design them, and put so much into it. One of my chums said she's take me to Appleby...and I pointed out it seems I have nothing suitable to wear!;)
I thought it was an interesting programme. There was a a lot of talk about prejudice from them, while keeping themselves, and their children, isolated from others, so also prejudiced. I can' remember a lot of it now, but the emphasis on protecting he kids was interesting, but not so different from what most parents want, I think.0
