    I've been Money Tipped!
I will do. I did mention to the docs last time I went in recently for test results, but he just put it down to stress about the results and dismissed it. That pretty much sums up my docs tbh as I was getting results from scans on my head, ten yes after I started having headaches really frequently :(

    Then change doctors.

    seriously.

I really get bad/not bothered doctors: had one that almost resulted in my death, and was private for a long time. I re joined NHS some months ago (for various reasons) and have been blessed with an amazing GP. I can't say enough great about them, I gave them bottles of bubbly for christmas and feel that they are personally invested in helping me.

    seriously, do change doctors.

likewise to Lost, I've had a really bad one before now which caused so much damage, physically and psychologically (which I cant spell)

*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*
No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!

    mommy- I love that necklace!

My parents bought me a tiffany initial necklace for my 21st and I wear it all the time
(well, when I remember, I'm hopeless with jewellery!)

I have a random nausea attack, blech.
  • I have the "return to tiffany's 925" pendant but i love the key's - Although there was a cute ring i could have had but when i get married in June I have a vintage (fashionable?) ring - Its a full eternity ring with rubys and diamond in them and is 40+ years old - my grandad brought my nan it when they was courting (its my size too which i thought was odd!)

PF - go to the docs and kick up a stink. I am a nurse and am telling you!!!!! then you can sell us all your unwanted jewellery. ;)

MM (Mommyme that's you) - I love that necklace, it's really pretty.

LiR - We are just quite skint at the mo, and hubby has been really good and I haven't so I feel bad buying news shoes without discussing it with him. I've just made him a nice tea and done all the tidying up and he's playing on his x box as DS2 has gone to bed nicely so I have wangled the shoes.
QoNMW - can you sell something on ebay so you are clothes spend neutral?
  • you can sell your unwanted Jewellery to me lol

MM is my DD initials - cool lol

better than my "normal" real life nickname lol

No mommyme, don't worry, I have to admit that I don't like much of the last seasons stuff either! I'm a huge irregular choice fan, but totally prefer the older stuff..

    Feel better soon daisy xx

and thanks all, i will make a fuss at the docs..

Jewellerywise I've done the brooches so far..will put them online tomorrow (I'm sure there must be a way to do it from the phone but can I figure it out?!)
