Returning My Motability Car

My question is regarding the early return of my motability car. In August 2007 I had a Astra on motability however as my condition got worse I found I could no longer travel in the car as it was painfull on my back. ( I have several damaged discs and lower spine damage) I contacted Motability and they allowed me to return the car after 12 months and choose a more suitable one, I found the Ford Focus to be more suitable car in Sept 2008. Now i have another problem I am struggling in this car now. Over the past few months the car has been on the drive and not used because even small trips in the car cause me a great deal of pain, I now tend to use public transport.

My problem is as I have already returned one car, will I be able to return this one? and if I do and my condition changes for the better would I be allowed back on the motability scheme at a later date?

I feel a little embarrest because i have already returned one car, but to be honest the car is just sitting on the drive and I could really do with the money it is costing me just to sit there??

Any advice before I phone motability would be much appreciated.

You could ask them about an assessment, maybe their is some way to help you with the car?
