Redundancy Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi my Son has just been made redundant 2 weeks ago, after working for the same company for 8 years since leaving school. The company has gone into liquidation/insolvency. He has a letter stating this and giving him the ISP name and address but no other information we have tried to get information as what to do next but none of it is straight forward.
Does any one know what to do does he contact the ISP?
How does he claim for lost wages, holiday?
What about his redundancy money?
People talk of a RP1 form but where does he get it and who helps him fill this in?
And is he entitled to any other money? his pay in lieu of notice? Redundancy we know he can claim for from the National Insurance fund but how?
So many questions we have, but no help from his former employer. Because the CAB is so busy its going to take ages to see anyone. Job centre really dont help. He doesnt want to leave it too long before he loses out. Please can someone help?
