I had bought my son a teletubbies bath toy a few months ago which comes with 4 plastic TT figures. Anyway we lost one of them (Po!) and I called the customer care line to see if I could buy a replacement. The woman on the phone said no worries she would send it for free. It arrived the next day and we got not one but all 4 teletubbies! My son was delighted!
