Bank charges question

Hi, I don't know if anyone can help or not but I sent my letter off asking for a list of all the charges and my bank (Barclays) sent me all my statements (in banking format) and now i'm not sure what to do??? Can anyone help???

I think you'll have to go through the statements yourself and highlight each charge. Add up the total and put this in your letter then send it along with the statement copies back to the bank. Good luck.0

You need to add them up and follow the process that Martin has outlined in his reclaiming guide. I would also start a new thread as this one is about a specific topic ie a response to an MSE letter.
