Hello,my debts have been passed on to recovery agencies
HI,like the title,i've had charges off HSBC andLloyds going back years but they have passed the debt onto recovery agencies can i still put a claim in against the bank? Plus i'm going for hardship.Any advice? thanks

Yes you can still put in a claim, you need to make sure that you send HSBC and LLoyds an Account In Dispute letter and also the debt agencies.
Regarding the hardship claim, there are specific criteria that you need to meet, have a good look through the hardship threads.Abbey Claim 1 - WON £2300 Inc Interest :rotfl:
