As for declaring the income, I have my ways around that
Perhaps try them at a fair or something.
I am so glad to hear it, wouldn't want Mr Disney to come and haunt you
As for declaring income I am sure you pay your dues to the taxman and anyone reading this would take that comment as a jokeDebt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot0 -

I have decided, with the influence from the boards on here. That I shall aim to pay Something towards my debt everyday. I wonder if selling my body could raise the money quickly?Debt at lightbulb 16/8/2009 - -£22148.77

Hi there,
Just wondering about the job situation. Are you unemployed because of the current economic market (making it difficult to find a job) or because of a disability?
If it is the prior, have you considered a different career path, or perhaps doing a job you wouldn't usually consider, like cleaning for instance. I know it's not ideal but it should bring in a lot more than the benefits you currently receive.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

I am applying for literally anything at the moment, but as I live in a small seaside town. That combined with the economic climate are certainly against me.
I am awake now just constantly thinking of ways to try and make money or pay some of this debt off. I am right now sat in tears, and just dont see any real point in life at the moment.

Chin up, you can't pay what you haven't got. Can you just not make token payments of £1 until you get a job and then up your payments? If you haven't got it, it's not worth getting sick for. You are trying to get a job and eventually, you will get one.
For the time being, just relax. Once you get a job, have you considered bankruptcy?LBM - 30/07/09

I've spoken to my sister, who knows a lot about learning music. She says there's no point having lessons every two weeks, as you'll be spending half the lesson relearning what you've already done. She says that you'd be better stopping the lessons altogether until you can have them weekly again. She also said that you're paying a lot - £20 a lesson is what she'd expect from a music college teaching you grades, if it's just a mate or someone who knows how to play and you're not going to do grades you should be looking at half that. She suggested that you look in every music shop around for ads from people looking to teach and you'll get it a lot cheaper.
Hope that helps.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
If you like your guitar teacher remember that Ames' sister may be more used to teaching kids than adults. In my experience kids do forget more- adults may not practice and put things into action but that is a different problem! The £15 a lesson you are paying sounds very reasonable to me if these are 45 minute or hour long lessons or 1/2 hour with a top teacher. How long have you been playing? I ask because busking can be very lucrative if you find the right sort of area and catch people's attention. If you are going to practice you might as well be paid for it. Different councils have different regulations (licensing/moving on after an hour). But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

She doesn't teach, she's a learner herself who's planning on doing grades, she's just done a degree in music technology. She says it's like driving, if you leave it too long between lessons you'll just be repeating things and not really progressing well.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

This is a musical college teaching me grades. And by pay £30 for fortnightly lessons this is £15 a lesson. Or if revert back to weekly lessons then it costs me £12.50. Which is less than the £20 she suggested. I have an exam upcoming too. At the moment as it isnt very advanced stuff I feel confident that I can get by just on a lesson every fortnight. Until my exam is over, then when I move onto new stuff I shall perhaps see if it is feasible to have weekly ones againDebt at lightbulb 16/8/2009 - -£22148.77
