well sometimes ya gotta travel unfortunatly :rolleyes: something I have to do regularly to see a good concert, but worth it :T

Unfortunately traveling isn't really an option for me as I've got 2 kids, getting someone to watch them for a few hours is hard enough - overnight would be impossible. Wouldn't traveling also mean that the cost of going to the concert would be in the £££'s?
I must just be getting old, in my teens we used to go to see bands at least monthly and we only had Saturday job money so it couldn't have been any where near as expensive as it is now...oh if only I was rich!

I know this isnt much help to you know, but after getting no where on Sunday on the web and telephone I eventually went down to SECC on Sunday in person at 11.30. There were only c.50 in the queue in front of me I waited 20 minutes and just as I got to 8 people in front of me in queue my MIL phoned to say she had eventually got thru on phone. Out tickets were £60 as all £50 ones had gone. My advice to you for future would be to find oyut when box office opens as get down there its so much easier than getting worked up about computer systems crashing and hearing an engaged ton constantly!
If its any consolation to you, all my life I have wanted to see George Michael live I will not take this experience forgranted!

If anyone still wants George micheal tickets its worth trying Georgemichealforums.com cos there is fans on there who have then for sale now and again and they dont rip you off,or you could even ask on there if anyone has got any
