Completely agree with you about t-mobile. Their customer service is rubbish!
I have a PAYG with them. Since I got the phone, I have had no internet access from the phone. This is almost 2 years now. Given them repeat opportunities to rememdy - no success.
They send me offers by text, yet when I reply, a text comes back saying that I'm not eligible for that offer.
They've not refunded any of the VAT on the top ups I've made.
I have had calls to their customer services team cut off part way through. s they know who they're talking to I'm suprised they cannot be bothered to call back!
They also set up the account in a wrong name, & it took them 12+ months to fix this!
Tmobile are rubbish.
NB typed half of this on another thread in response to another MSE-er, then realised it should be here!
In addition to the above tmobile selected me for an independent researcher to contact me regarding "my experiences". I gave them the full story. The "independent" researcher seemed unimpressed. I'm suprised t mobile didn't get in touch following the researcher passing on how dissatisfied I was!

It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.

What PAYG handset is it you have and have they said why they cant get internet setup on it?0
