Does anyone know a good credit card with 0% for as long as possible?

Hi, I've just bought my first house but literally every penny I had almost, went on my 10% deposit and fee's.
Unfortunately, the house is a mess and desperately needs a kitchen, carpets and curtains at the very least. Can anyone recommend a credit card with a long interest free period? It doesn't matter what the rate is after that as I won't be using by then. Also, cashback/points offers also would be a great perk, as well as one that doesn't charge for cash withdrawal.
Can anyone suggest a great card that meets my criteria?

To put it bluntly, there isn't one that meets all your criteria!!missk_ensington wrote:Can anyone suggest a great card that meets my criteria?
You'll get 10/12 months 0% on purchases with Sainsbury's.
Somebody else will tell you if there are cards with 0% on purchases and cashback/points.
You should NEVER withdraw cash on a credit card - especially if you have made a purchase with the intention of taking advantage of a 0% rate. The only card that allows fee-free cash withdrawals (but still charges interest on them) is Egg Money, but that doesn't have a 0% introductory rate.
So, you'll have to decide which of your criteria are the most important to you.0 -
Thanks, the interest free period is most important so I'll go with that. I've heard that when you call to cancel a card, the banks will try and offer you deals to keep you-does anyone know if they'll offer an interest free period to keep you, or just a reduced interest rate? If its the former, I'd happily stay with my current card-I barely use it anyway, think I have £200 on one and £30 on another so the interest rate isn't that important to me as its very rare that I don't clear my balance every month.0

Tesco and Goldfish do a points system, with Tesco being the most generous. Saying that, neither of them are doing an interest free period.
There is now a new Tesco cashback card just come out, be careful to differentiate between the original credit card and this one. I haven't taken the time yet though to see if the cashback is more beneficial than the original one with clubcard points. I think I read there was some sort of 0% period with this one. Might be looking into.0
