Stoopid Facebook - Silly Donna!!

I was killing abit of time this morning on facebook and saw one of the 'oh so tempting" ads down the side panel.
So I goes and clicks on one and brings me to tis site offering a "no credit check account" along with upto 5k instant approval thing.
After clicking on this I am directed to this site:

I thought it might have been a bit dodgy, so I read the terms, and "silly Donna" didn;t really make sense of it all the way it was intended.
Anyway I completed my details (what sparse info it asked from me) and Bob's your Uncle, I had been approved!
Now, I checked my OLB to find that it wasn;t 4.95 taken from my account as I thought, it was indeed 99.95!!! And I got the following email to go with it:
"Dear Donna:
Thank you for your enrollment with E-Credit Plus. Your E-Credit Plus Shopping Card and New Member's Welcome Kit, which will be shipped by Royal Mail, will include all of the information required to begin enjoying all the benefits of your new membership. I didn'teven know it was a site called e-catalogue or whatever it says, had I have done I would never have been so silly and clicked.
I have called the bank to try and reverse this but I have to wait two days to see if they take the money and if they do I have to contact the company and ak for it back.
I have mailed them to the email address on their site as the number they give me is an automated American one! which again costs a bomb on my mobile! I guess you can say I kinda spammed them, bcc'd their email address to one email and marked it as urgent asking for them to cancel my application and refund me.
Is there anything else that I can do to get my Money back at all???
Please don;t tell me how stupid I am, as I have already figured that one out for myself, PLEASE HELP ME!!

15. REFUND OF CARD MEMBERSHIP: A. If I cancel My enrollment into the E-CREDIT PLUS™ Shopping Club Program after fourteen (14) days from this Agreement, but within thirty (30) days from receipt of the Welcome Kit and E-PLATINUM PLUS Shopping Card, I will receive a refund of My enrollment fee, but I must first contact the Company to obtain a Return Authorization number. Upon receiving My return authorization number, I will be required to return all membership documents as well as My E-PLATINUM PLUS Shopping Card to: E-CREDIT PLUSTM, 2 Minton Place, Victoria Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 6QB United Kingdom. REFUND GUIDELINES MUST BE CAREFULLY FOLLOWED TO ASSURE A PROMPT REFUND OF MONIES. There will be a fee of £15.00 deducted in the event that any debit previously authorized by Me has been returned unpaid by My bank for any reason.
