CCJ Relating to Bank Charges

Hi Everyone,
2 years ago i sucessfully reclaimed by bank charges from HSBC. However, I did incur a CCJ from HSBC which ultimatly was because of the 2k plus they stung me for charges. What i need to know is, can i ask for this CCJ to be removed as its causing me no ends of problems and it looks like it stuck to my credit file for anopther 2 years.
If so, how do i go about this.
(The CCJ was paid and has been marked as satisfied for some time now).
